The Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative (AG2PI) is comprised of a diverse group of researchers across the globe, coming together to understand genotype and phenotype interactions with environment and one another. Their work seeks to identify research gaps, expand awareness, create a supportive space for researchers, and provide workshops, grants, and conferences to researchers. PSC provides support to these teams by facilitating the creation of teams and production of research that is ethical, diverse, and inclusive. Through workshops, researchers are encouraged to meet and interact with one another, while learning and practicing strategies to expand understanding, experience, and engagement to create a more dynamic atmosphere.
Two workshops have results that are available to the public. One from late 2021, and another from early 2022.
