As part of the Public Science Collaborative’s substance use monitoring work, this dashboard helps visualize the landscape of substance use in Johnson County with in-depth insights, a data map of substance use retailers and harms, treatment and opioid distribution data, and links to Johnson County resources. The goal of the dashboard is to support stakeholders in designing data-driven interventions to improve community health and safety—especially by reducing opioid overdoses and related harms. Created in partnership with Iowa State’s Partnership in Prevention Science Institute and the Prevention Technology Transfer Center.
